You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name without prior written approval from cv999, is not permitted. cv999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the Deposit page for each payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to your payment method, subject to reversal processing times.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account once your identity has been verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by the cv999 team.
cv999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Once approved, funds are typically dispatched to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet within a few hours during business hours.
